How it works: Once you have ordered and paid, Penny will be in touch within 48 working hours to agree a convenient date and time. At the agreed time, you or the recipient should find a quiet space to relax. Recipients may experience a sense of relaxation, warmth, or gentle energy — or nothing at all. Every experience is individual.
