What We Offer:

Professional Therapeutic Services

We provide crystal healing, Reiki training and treatments, and reflexology through our CNHC-certified practitioner. Penny is a member of the Reiki Federation, Association of Reflexologists (AoR), Complementary Medical Association (CMA), Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and Angelic Reiki Association. For dedicated reflexology services, visit reflexologymk.co.uk. As part of her Continuing Professional development, Penny has qualified in Gentle Release Therapy this year.

Training Courses and Workshops

Our spiritual development classes and Usui Reiki courses are designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners. There are many classes to choose from Penny teaches Usui and Angelic Reiki, Anusha, Crystal classes, Colour Therapy, Angel classes and Angelic therapy training and lots more. Penny is a Level 3 qualified Teacher and teaches the Accredited Professional Reiki Diploma, following the National Occupational Standards for Reiki. This is the first course of its kind in Milton Keynes.

We also offer annual non-residential retreats, all taking place in Linford Wood.
