Red Howlite is White Howlite that has been dyed red. The dyeing process is standard practice in the crystal trade and is clearly disclosed here. Most commonly sourced from Mexico.

In crystal tradition, Howlite is associated with calm, patience, and restful energy. The red colour is said to add the additional resonance of warmth and grounding associated with red stones.
