A fun, hands-on and interactive full-day course led by Penny Alterskye, split into two parts. Suitable for beginners or those already working with crystals. No experience needed — just a curiosity for crystals and healing energy.

Morning session (Part 1):

• Crystal Meditation
• What are Healing Crystals?
• How to use, choose and cleanse your crystals
• My Crystal Toolbox
• Chakras, Energy & Chakra Crystal Re-balance

We break for lunch after Part 1 — please bring your own.

Afternoon session (Part 2):

• How to use a crystal pendulum
• Choosing healing crystals with a pendulum
• Male and female quartz crystals — practical session
• Balancing chakras using pendulums and quartz
• Natural vs man-made crystals
• Grounding Meditation

Included in your course fee: a Crystal Chakra set (8 crystals), a male and female quartz point, a pendulum (combined value over £20), course notes, and a certificate of completion.

Open to ages 18+. Those aged 14–18 are welcome when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
