This treatment begins with a facial reflex point session, working through gentle touch on specific points across the face. Using a little argan oil, various reflex points are carefully worked, each corresponding to different areas of the body, creating a deeply relaxing and grounding experience.

This is followed by a Reiki session. Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy practice in which the practitioner places their hands on or just above the body, supporting the flow of energy through the key chakra points. Many people find Reiki deeply calming, and report feeling refreshed, refocused, and restored after a session. Every treatment is tailored to the individual client.
