At Clarity of Sight, "The New Age Online Shop"  We pride ourselves on getting your crystals or gemstones  delivered to you as soon as we can.

Postage and Packaging

We aim to despatch all items within 24 hours of the order being placed (Monday to Friday) and we would expect you to receive items within 2–5 days upon despatch of your order (UK mainland only). Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will not usually be processed until the next working day.  However in unusual circumstances this may take longer.

If you have not received your items within 10 days of order confirmation, you are requested to contact us via email. We will conduct a full investigation into the location of your goods and will advise accordingly.

Overseas Customers

We would like to remind our overseas customers that they are liable for any duties owed.
